The Challenge: Training in a Production Environment
In a production environment, various tasks require thorough training and adherence to strict regulations. A paper-based system for tracking training was resource-intensive and cumbersome. Mowi soon realized the need for a digital learning solution. They needed a centralized and accessible learning portal to consolidate all learning content, ensuring effective course administration, competency tracking, reporting, and user support.
The Solution: Collaboration with Storyboard
Mowi worked closely with Storyboard to develop Mowi Academy 2.0, specifically designed to meet the needs of the production environment. Completed modules are documented with date and time, and managers can easily identify who needs refresher training.
The portal supports practical training and is accessible on mobile devices. Machines have QR codes that lead directly to relevant training modules, and managers can directly confirm in the portal that employees are competent to operate specific equipment.

With Mowi Academy 2.0, Mowi has achieved several benefits:
