Life brings many challenges and many opportunities. Some people struggle to get their first job. Others have to change jobs due to health issues, and adjusting to a new line of work can be demanding.
Eskoleia has long experience helping people get their first job or find new opportunities if they already have work experience. One of the initiatives Eskoleia offers is interview training, so people are better prepared when they’re called in for an interview. The better prepared you are, the easier it can be to get hired.
Eskoleia wanted a proposal for how this training could be carried out.
Working closely with Eskoleia, Storyboard developed interview training based on typical questions asked in a first-round interview. It was important to develop good alternative answers to the different questions, reflecting the typical answers people tend to give when they’re not prepared.
At the same time, the answer options had to reflect the kinds of answers actually given in a real interview. We spent a lot of time developing thorough feedback for each individual answer, to ensure good learning and reflection.
